Die Größe der Bühne ist den drei Ausnahmeswingern Hank Willis (Violine & Gesang), Colt Knarre (Kontrabass & Gesang) und Couchie Couch (Gitarre & Gesang) egal. Ihre Show findet auf dem Sofa statt. Eng sitzen sie mit Geige, Gitarre und Kontrabass und lassen das Publikum an ihrer Nähe teilhaben. In der Mitte Couchie Couch mit ihrer unvergleichlichen Stimme. Fast vergessene Chansons aus der ersten Hälfte des letzten Jahrhunderts und eigene Songs schießen frech bis verliebt aus den Sprungfedern. Als bei einer Probe der großen Band „Fidel Castor und die Transporter“ nur drei kamen, setzten die sich erstmal auf die abgeranzte Proberaumcouch und spielten was für sich. Die Sofa Sessions waren geboren, der Funke gesprungen.
